I’d say they are the same as eating grapes. Non alcoholic wine is basically juice, so just drink that.
Fermented foods are good, alcohol in moderation can have awesome health benefits and resveratrol and other antioxidants are available in other forms.
Also if the sugar content is high then it is probably worse than a real wine. I just don’t understand the reason, I don’t know everything, but it doesn’t make intuitive sense to me.
